Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our product (food), returns are NOT available.

Refunds (if applicable)

No refunds or cancelations are available after 24 hours. If your order has been shipping from our facility within these 24 hours, a refund/cancellation is no longer valid (learn more from our shipping policy). However, if your product shows damage or tear, we will replace your order at no charge if you provide an image/video for proof of your damaged order.

No refunds or cancelations of subscription service after 24 hours. Our subscription service cannot be canceled until at least 1 shipment has been delivered to you. Once your first shipment has been delivered, you can cancel at any time by emailing us at along with your order number. If you do wish to cancel, but have an open order under your subscription, we cannot refund that open subscription order.

If you are approved for a refund within our 24-hour window, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days).
