No refunds or cancelations are available after 24 hours. If your order has been shipped from our facility within these 24 hours, a refund/cancellation is no longer valid. However, if your product shows damage or tear, we will replace your order at no charge if you provide an image/video for proof of your damaged order.
No refunds or cancelations of subscription service after 24 hours. Our subscription service cannot be canceled until at least 1 shipment has been delivered to you. Once your first shipment has been delivered, you can cancel at any time by emailing us at email@example.com

. If you do wish to cancel, but have an open order under your subscription, we cannot refund that open subscription order.
If you are approved for a refund within our 24-hour window, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 3-7 business days).
