Get started?
Hi! We are Jarod and Tyler, two college friends from THE ice cream capital of the world (Le Mars, Iowa), a town where they shut down the streets to celebrate ice cream. So it’s no surprise that we grew up eating hundreds, if not thousands of sundae cones throughout our childhood; from ice cream trucks to grandma’s house - really, anywhere we could get our hands on them! There was always a sense of excitement and happiness every time we got down to the end of the sundae cone filled with chocolate, aka, the BEST part.
So Jarod got to thinking - “why doesn’t anyone sell the bottom part of a sundae-cone?” We came together and realized our shared love of the best part of the sundae cone.
We figured they weren’t the only ones who felt that way, and just like that, Muddy Bites was born.
